As the third all-wheel-drive vehicle, the eace07 was a further development based on the concept of the eace06. While the axle kinematics and steering were adopted, the aerodynamics and electrical system were renewed. We also implemented some improvements on the vehicle dynamics control side.

A fundamental new software structure was created, which is better structured and allows us to build on it in the coming years.
In addition, numerous validation and visualization scripts have been created for efficient analysis of our software.

Use of SLAM for simultaneous localization of the vehicle and creation of a map with stored cone positions.

Neural network

For object recognition, we created a significantly improved camera recognition with modern Deep Learning approaches.
This allows us cone detection in real time in up to 21m.
